great.

this is really nice, very chill it's a shame you had to cut 2 mintues of it off.

I love the how the melodies meld together, it sounds like it has just the right amount of echo/reverb to it. it really helps to keep the song smooth. The beat is also very subdued and easygoing. The rain in the background is a really generic way to make a song sound relaxing, but it does it's job.

keep up the great work.

Thanks for your review :)
I used in the other 2 chapters also naturesamples as a backgroundsound and I thought it would be weird when I suddenly stop using it ^^ I will think of an other way the next time maybe. Dunno how many parts i will do :3

really nice.

Lots of sounds going on here. lots of attention to detail, too. every layer put on top of the next fits well, all the sounds are cohesive and enjoyable. It has a great pace too, it doesn't play all of its cards early. I always feels like the song is evolving, all the way up until it ends, which is very nice.

I do have to say that it took a while for the bass drum to drop though, it made it fee like the first 1/3 of the song was an intro. that may have been a little too long.

georgem124 responds:

The first 1/3 of the song was actually an intro :L

I thought it worked personally...

But thanks for the feedback and support anyways!

fine song.

This is good. I like the piano, the low bass sound and the little choir voices you have here. There is a good amount of variation here and it all fits together nicely.

However, i do have a problem with the beat a little bit. I wish the bass drum was a little bit louder, it's hard to notice. Also, if feel like the snare sound isn't very "hip hopish". It sounds like it would be more comfortable in a rock song. Theres nothing wrong with the beat itself, I just think that the sounds used could be a little more impactful.

shadow6nothing9 responds:

Ok I edited and punched up the kick, and changed the snare set. Claps and snaps added too. Also A rapper from the audio portal to test out this instrumental. :)

dramatic.

This is really great. Excellent tonal variety throughout the track give it a very lively and broad feel. The strings sound powerful and emotional without being exaggerated. Percussions are also on point. Additionally, the whole thing just feels like it's been mastered pretty well, you did a great job there.

The greatest thing about this track is that it maintains a great orchestral sound but also interestingly combines elements of rock and electronica. The synth and guitar sounds are beautifully integrated. However, I do have say that I feel that the guitar sounds a little muddy and distant at times. I wish it had more presence in the mix. While the tone of the guitar is fine, I wish it was maybe equalized a little differently to make it stand out a bit more.

This is are really great track. You have a great sound going, lots of interesting ideas, and it comes off as very professional. 5/5

DavidOrr responds:

I'm still fine tweaking some levels, and as I said in a previous reply I'm not quite happy with the guitar yet. Your ideas have been noted!

Thanks for your support!

yea, okay.

sounds like some sort of alien noise. I could see the applications for this in some sort of flash video. I think it's neat. very atmospheric. 25 seconds is a little short though.

Tykwa responds:

I might make this a little bit longer to give it more variance if ever used as a loop for a flash, that is what i was aiming for.

i've heard worse.

sounds very random and jumbled. It does have sort of an eclectic vibe to it, but at the same time I wish that there was some sort of melody or repetition throughout it to make cohesive. It's sounds like you just cut a bunch of pieces out of the pre made stuff that came with the software. Thats nice and all, but I've heard some of this before. Thanks for submitting this. Keep making music.

Well thx 4 lettin me kno this but tell me how to make a better song so pm me thz

not feeling it.

sounds very dreary. lots of static and and clipping sounds too. I don't know if that's intentional, but it sounds very abrasive. Drums are also very simplistic, there should be more variety and with the percussions here. In fact, I wish the entire song had more variety to it. The track sounds like it only has 4 or 5 sounds. I wish there was a lot more to it, and less buzzing; it's really not a pleasant sound. I appreciate the submission. keep making music.

IntricateSimplicity responds:

The clicking was very much intentional. I'm still working on it though, and I do realize that there aren't that many sounds. It should be improved in a few days, so thank you for your review

I like it.

I thought it was good but It's a pretty repetitive though, it's like the same bar being played over and over again. Later on there is another piece added, but it still feels very similar. Maybe it just should have been a little shorter.

That being said, I love the beat. It's very high energy and fits well with the bassline, which is also awesome. Transitions in between parts are also very good.

CRomDayLeR responds:

Well, that thing that its so repetitive, thats my problem atm. I just cant find another changed part that fits in the main melody very well. I really need to try that next time ^^.

Thanks for the review.

good

This is sounds very weird, but I mean that in a good way. All of the sounds feel like they don't go together, but the way you used them you made it work. That being said, I feel like it plays it's cards a little early, it all the sounds remain there from basically the beginning. I would have liked to see a few more transitions.

stashley18 responds:

Thanks for the review, and I know what you mean. It came together so oddly because the sounds are SO odd, and when I added to it just didn't flow with the rest of it. Really appreciate the feedback!

I really like it.

it has a very catch melody to it. I love the way you have multiple sounds that all blend together well. Also, the timely use of filters help everything transition smoothly. This is a great little tune.

Sirdangolot5 responds:

Thanks for taking the time to review!
